Yes, the problem was in the list of SENSITVE_PINS at the end of pins.h , and the fan on transistor 2 is now working under M42 P28 S255 control ( my typo above - pin 28 not pin 27 for A3)<br />However the problem entry seems to be _E0_PINS _E1_PINS _E2_PINS which when 'commented out' solves the problem.<br /> Probably a dumb question but there are no comma separators so I don't understand what is going on.
